Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
